Bad Service for refund

I have deposit R5000 with Webuycars app to attend on Auction but after 3 days I tried to refund my deposit without attending any auction and their app wasn't work to refund, after that tried to call and send email to support services which was unsuccessful, after that I went to your branch on Dome and the guy there (Dawie) told me he will follow up on Monday, then they requested POP, my account verification letter, picture of my account on webuycars app and after that they said refund was done and it will be in my account in 3 days and after 1 month still I am waiting for refund!
