Bad service ever

I was told to come fetch a car I saw online and I was from Aliwal North to PE when I got there they told me there car was not ready it was being repaired I must choose another car.i chose another car and they gave me late that day and had to drive back to Aliwal North with out test driving it first since it was a second hand.on my way I noticed it was making a sound and I informed the sales man the following day I emailed finance lady and she gave me a number saying it's the sales mans boss.i called him and I formed him and I told him I wanted to book at VW so that they can check the boss said I must pay for the diagnosis and I must email him the invoice he will do a refund but now he never picked up my calls again and sent his sales man to tell me that he will not be able to refund me because a stone was found stuck inside the disc of the wheel.
