On the 20th of June one of the Buyers Dirk Grobler came to to my place with two men, one of them being a Driver. The Driver took off to the road for test driving with my car and upon his return he mentioned that the car drives well, and it's powerful. They checked the car for defects and gave me a price which I was not happy with. The Driver when he was reversing to the parking bay where he found the car, he bumped a concrete hall of the building and there was a big sound coming from there meaning due to the impact which scared me off as I was in my apartment. I then went out and found that the right rear light and bumper were damaged. They asked me to get quotes, I told them that I can't cos the problem was not caused by me and I'm busy since I'm a Professor. They tried until they asked me to get quotes. Up to today the car is still like that damaged, they do not care. After a week as I tried to drive the car, the gears were not self engaging as this is an automatic I told them that the impact damaged the gear box, they disputed the claim, the Quotations which included that as I ended up soliciting the Quotations myself as I could see it was taking too long. I told them to come and tow the car as the car does not engage the gears, they said they cannot, I must rather get my Lawyer to handle the matter. It's been 4 months now, the car has not been fixed, they dispute the claim, I cannot afford a Lawyer, I need your help. The matter was escalated to the Supervisor Johannes who could also not assist. I need my car in a good condition which was found, I need you to assist me I lost many deals in the process, I'm helpless, and I find this very unfair. They are unreasonable. It is a Mercedes Benz E**********.
