Bad service

Edward Smit gave me the worst service ever, i want to sell my car we spoke and we arranged for him to come on Tuesday cause of the long weekend,when he has to come he tells me is out of his way i must go to protea glen to get the car evaluated ,told him i just gave birth i can't go there can't they find me someone else to assist me and he said" i don't understand why you can't go to protea glen so i must come that far for you" and i dropped the call he sent me a message saying someone is going to call me and arrange for the viewing still waiting even now,is this the kind of service we must get from your sales people and mind you this is the second time i sell to you
