Bad service!****!

WeBuyCars Port Elizabeth! Bad aftersales!!! No.1 you sold me a car that has much more problems then what you have advised. 2.This was supposed to be resolved 2weeks ago when I was stuck with this car as I logged a damn ticket 39484!I received 1email and sent several mails!! 3.I had to follow up with your pathetic aftersales agent. I called your ccare 3 times already today and the agent busy with case is always on another line & NEVER got back to me. Lastly do not tell me about procedures that NO ONE told me about!! Last I spoke to you yesterday you said you will let me know by end of business yesterday and AGAIN I had to follow up.

How long does it take for your merchnic to give a diagnostic report cause I even gave you a full report!!

I want a full refund of my money tomorrow still!I dont care about your procedures cause I have been inconvenienced enough!

I dont even know who the damn after sales person is thats how bad they are!!!! Get this sorted out I want my money in FULL!
