Bad service

The service is very bad we have been changing car for the past 3-4 months, within 2-3 weeks of having the car it broke down. It been over a month not having the vehicle because of the run around of the warranty and we buy cars , yesterday you told the repairer to take the part of the vehicle to another service provider to be fixed and you advised that you will do the payment. Now you are advising that the manager is not approving that . The service provider that is having the part of the vehicle they are closing . Are you going to give us your car for this festive season, by the way it must be automatic since you are good at delaying things
