Bad Service

I financed a car with we buy cars and they charged me R2300 for licensing and registration , when they where supposed to send my my disk and plates they all of a sudden informed me that they don’t cover my area and i must do it myself and they will refund me all the costs, did my disk and registration and only to find out that RWT has expired and i have to do it myself…. Informed the FNI guy by the name of Leighton Hamilton and he said I should do it and they will refund it as well .. he further said they will refund all the monies i spent for ROAD WORTHY TEST,PLATES AND DISK and forwarded him all the proof of payments

When its time for refund he comes with stories and say they only refund certain things but not everything…. After he said they will refund all the costs

Tried calling him but he is not reachable…. Everytime i call he is not available and when i send emails he replies after days… this matter has been going on since June till now
