Bad service

I have never been this disappointed in my life. So I phoned we buy cars yesterday 10th October 2022 enquiring about the availability of the car I had interest on I was told that the car is available I then made financial application to the vehicle. The application was pre approved sameday (yesterday) and I was told to send some documents to finalize my deal which I did and 3 bank approved. however, today I am told that the car was sold yesterday which i feel I am being **** to because after receiving the call telling me that the vehicle was sold yesterday I asked my sister to phone and inquire about the same car which they say it was sold since it was still on the system, she was told that the car is available but it is reserved for someone else they are waiting 72hour for that person to come buy my question is why waiting for 72hour for someone who is still waiting to be approved when I am already being approved? And why am i told two different stories? Why am i treated unfairly? This is really unprofessional.
