Bad Service

We recently purchased a car from WeBuyCars Riverhorse Valley, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The initial challenges arose during the paperwork and communication process, where we encountered difficulties. The salesperson, Vuyelwa, provided inadequate support, often ignoring our phone calls and failing to return them.

Upon finally receiving the car, we faced additional issues. Even after a month, we have yet to receive the NATIS. The spare wheel, which was claimed to be lightly used, arrived completely broken. Furthermore, the pump for the spare wheel was missing, a crucial component that should have been included with the car. Given that the spare wheel requires inflation before use, this omission was particularly inconvenient.

Regrettably, based on our experience, we cannot recommend WeBuyCars Riverhorse Valley. We advise others to steer clear of their services. Personally, we have decided not to make any future purchases from them.
