Bad service

I bought a car at We buy cars and the car has no catalick and it's software. It's the same as they sold the body of the car as the car is smoking badly. When I call the sales person Mduduzi and the Manager Jane, they said that they are not aware of this problem and promised to call me back. Until now I did not receive any call from them. The service is bad because they said the car went for service but there is no service stamp on the service book.
