BAD SERVICE

I bought a car from we buy cars and was given paper to go do change of ownership.my husband went to traffic department, he was told that the paper do not match with what its appearing on the system.we went back to we buy cars to report the matter and we were told to leave our detail and the report from traffic department so that they can try and find out what happened.we told the person that was assisting us that the permit for the car is expiring on the 24 of july,she said no problem we can come on friday if they haven't called about the papers.so we didn't receive any call from them.my husband went to midstream we buy car to collect the permit.they now say they wont give us the permit because papers are at we buy cars silver lakes.my husband was told to go there to collect the papers.im not happy with the service i received.making us go up and down while they are the ones who made the mistake with papers for the car
