Bad service

The after sales service at webuycars are pathetic seeing i have a car that i cannot use because they forgot to give it to me. I bought the vehicle online only had 48hours to pay the balance and go and fetch it myself. It's been a week since the sale and i can't get hold of Lebogang the salesmen or his Manager. I've tried on numerous occasions and it seems no one cares whether or not i get a fine for a vehicle that doesn't even have a licence disk. This is by far the worst service i have received and no one have the decency to call me back and apologize for their mistake.
