Bad service

What a disappointing engagement! Went to look at a vehicle, took it for a test drive. Liked it, app**** in store for finance and the salesman said he will keep the keys for the rest of the day to allow me to send applicable documents. He said he would send a quote on Monday for the relevant repairs. The radio silence began, I WhatsApp on Monday afternoon, followed up with and unanswered call and e-mail. No response whatsoever. Eventually called the national numer, were I was told they need bank statements, and the vehicle is still available. I supp**** the documents and radio silence then happened until this afternoon's e-mail telling me the vehicle is sold. Webuycars will never see me again and I will tell everyone who wants to listen about my extremely negative engagement with them!
