Bad service

I have paid deposit for an auction. The deal was canceled because the money I paid for the car was not allocated to my account. We buy cars refunded my money except my deposit. I have send emails, phone everyday, still no response. I left a complain. Also no response. I bought a few cars from we buy cars. But the service that they provide these says are really bad. Will not recommend them to any one
