Bad service at we buy cars richmond

I viewed a car at we buy cars in Richmond. I knew what car I wanted to test drive and went to the store. Upon entering one sales person sent to another who sent me to another who eventually directed me to where the car was but did not accompany us. Upon reaching the we are then told to walk back to entrance to find a salesman.

We eventually get a salesman who goes through the inspection report and say the cv joint needs repairing and the on Tyre thread inside the Tyre is worn and that it can be at my cost. A day later he comes back and says the car is roadworthy and these repairs is done ivo of this roadworks. I try to get hold of the salesman or someone to provide with the job card to ensure the repairs was done yo no avail. Please bare in mind I am buy this car for my son who is 18 and obviously want a reliable car.

The salesman eventually gets back and says the repairs was obviously done or he would not have a roadworks certificate.

Recovering from a bi pass I had to get someone to take me back to the dealership to speak to so.eone and then. Managed to speak to the f and I who eventually confirmed the repairs was never done.

This is worst sales experience I have ever had The car was eventually repaired at my cost and the car was paid out on the 15th May 2024. The salesman after many attempts calls me back and says he will pick me and my son up at 9 to take delivery of the car because I cannot drive as yet due to my bypass.

9 o'clock comes and now he says 10 o clock. So we still await to take delivery of the vehicle. This sale took 1 week. Longest ever sale experienced. So unsatisfied that the excitement of my son getting his first car is lost.
