Bad service at we buy cars nelspruit

I bought a bakkies in We buy cars nelspruit last month, few weeks down the line I identified that the bakkie was involved in an accident, I have laid a complain with them but when they respond they are responding regarding wear and tear components of the car not the fact that the car was involved in an accident. I was made to sign an offer to purchase online in order for them to take the car for services which I don't think it was taken. Therefore from now onwards I'll never recommend any one to buy a vehicle through that garage whether cash or finance. People are being rep-off.
