Bad service at we buy cars

I bought a car at we buy cars the dome on 22.04.2024 and the experience was bad. After that I struggled for the car to je registered everything when I enquired they kept on promising that they are busy once it is done they will let me know. I told them that it been a month now if I don't get help I will return the car. I received a call from the lady dealing with the registrations she told me that they are struggling to get help from the licensing department. I said she must send me the documents then I will go and register the car and then they must give me a refund. She agreed now I have been sending her and the finance department my proof of payment, they are both ignoring me.
