Bad service and untruthfulness of salesman.

Probably the worst service I've ever had. I made an application to finance a vehicle. I was old by salesman Mohammed O That the car would be reserved. He phoned me to get my bank statements emailed. I duly did this. I got a SMS from Wesbank to say that there has been an inquiry looking at my credit record. I had no more contact from the salesman. I phoned to enquire on the status of the credit application 6 days later and only to be told that the vehicle h. Ad been sold. No phone call, no email from the salesman. He said he sent an email, but I did not receive one. He said someone phoned me, no record of such. Just a pack of lies. To the credit of we buy cars they sent someone to price my cars for trade in.
