Bad service and customer care

I bought a 2017 Toyota Fortuner from We Buy Cars about 4 months back. I still haven't received my registration papers and the license disc has expired end of January. After numerous calls and messages I only get empty promises from them. When I bought the car they were to happy to help but their after service is really bad. I can not be held responsible for any fines I get from now onwards.
