Bad service and ******

My mother mother bought a car at We buy Cars cash on the 20th December 2022. We were informed that the car is in good condition and that the only issue was a cracked windscreen. Thereafter we reported faults identified within 48 hours as per the contractual agreement. This faults were identified as we drove the car from Pretoria to Tzaneen and back. The car kept on overheating, showing the engine sign, felt like the engine was shaking and when we went to the garage the water tank was completely empty, they poured water and not long after that the issue kept on persisting. We put antifreeze and we kept on putting water every other day. We sent another email few days after as we kept finding faults. We received no feedback from them after numerous emails and went to the Pretoria Silverlakes branch on 28 January 2023 as we received no response from them. We spoke to the Salesman Elias and he informed us that from his side there is nothing he can do as he is only a salesman and can only log a complaint to the customer service center and he promised to speak to his manager and get back to us on Monday 30 January 2023- this also did not materialise. The car became worse today and started shaking a lot and I wen to the branch today which was fruitfuless as the manager looked disinterested in me and didn’t even bothered talking to me ( I guess because I am black and young, maybe if I was white he would have taken me seriously). He just told the sales man to take me to customer service of which they also refused to talk to me, even when I told them I came on behalf of my mother who is elderly and live 400km from Pretoria. The behavior of management and Customer services representatives at Pretoria Silverlakes we buy cars leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Right now all I want is that the car be exchanged or my mother to be refunded her money. Including the R5000 deposit of a car that she bid for on their online auction and when we got there the car was a mess almost 70 of its interior was broken and the car refused to start until they called a mechanic.
