Bad service and ******

I have never been so disappointed with a business

Bought a financed car with we buy cars rusternburg on the 30th of may, my licensing and regeneration was also paid and they told me that they will do all the registration and licensing and they will courier them to my address… had call follow up with them for weeks and still my disk and registration was still to sent….later they told me that they dont cover my area and i need to do it myself and they will refund me…. After all the run arounds i did those myself and also discovered that roadworthy test expired… i did it aswell

I did everything they requested me to do…ROADWORTHY TEST, registration and disc… till today no refund was made

Been trying to call them and sending emails and whatsapps but i am being ignored.

I called their complains department and they are hanging up on my ears or letting me talk on my own

This peoples service is bad bad bad and i dint recommend them to anyone
