Bad service after sale.

I bought a car on 29 February 2024 in Capetown we buy cars Richmond.the car is finance so I buy it through the bank what make it they're responsible to take the car to the testing station and licensing with number plate which they charged me R2200 on the buy of the car.14 March they send me email to ask where Im staying in the northern cape called Prieska they said they don't have a branch there so they asked me in the email if I can go and get the disk there.l paid R490 for the disc and then I came back to them in office and they also asked me if I can get the number plate that was another R500 so that they can put one refund for me.the total amount is now R990 they have to refund me.The persons I spoke to was lister who resigned in May so he give over to his manager Mike who I go two time in person to talk to him just say his waiting from head office refunds. Am still waiting now for 4 months for my money
