Bad service

We bought a car this year . I highly recommend that people especially if you don't live around Durban should NOT buy from this branch. They **** that they had topped our power steering oil and that our car registration will be done for free in Joburg. When we arrived we noted power steering was never filled up, we paid over a R1000 for registration bez of the ups and downs and Traffic registration expenses. It is hard to follow up if you leave so far from the dealership. Joburg branches also experienced how this is very unprofessional. To date, I have not received any refund for the costs incurred. Not even a courtesy call Mind you, we have dealt with other We buy Cars branches. DURBAN is the worst.
