Bad Service

I have bought a Cayenne from Midstream on the 21September not did i only had endless problems getting a contract in place but we also needed some spares for the vehicle. we were promised the spares in 2 weeks but we now on week 6 and i still have almost daily conversations on when the spares will arrive.

all i can tell people is before you buy a car from this dealer make sure you read your contract, know your final price, do not make use of their workshop it takes forever and also do not arrange to get spares ordered it even take longer. this ordeal have surely stop me from ever buying a car from this dealers again.
