Bad service

We bought a vehicle on 4 Dec 2021 as our vehicle was ****** at a funeral on Friday 3 Dec 2021 from We Buy Cars. We took the vehicle for roadworthy on 10 Dec ‘21 to make sure that there is no repairs that needs to be done, so that if any, it can be fixed before the Change of Ownership is done. On 17 Dec 2021 we contacted our local license offices to enquire if maybe the Change of Ownership was done just to be advised that the vehicle is registered in a mr Coetzee’s name. I contacted WBC’s and informed them wherein I was advised that I must take the paperwork in the second week of Jan 2022. The vehicle was still registered in mr Coetzee’s name. After numerous telephone calls trying to get someone to assist me as this needs to be sorted out, on the 19th was informed that the Natis needs to be send back to WBC’s as it is registered in a Coetzee’s name. The Natis was send through Post Net on the 19th Jan 22, confirmation on 24th Jan ‘22 that it was going to be collected . On Wednesday 2nd Feb ‘22 I was advised that the Natis will be send back.. We received it on Thursday 3 Feb ‘22 and was told to only do the Registration and licensing on Monday 7th Feb ‘22. It could only be done today, 8th Feb 2022 and the COF lapsed. The 60 days was over on 7 Feb 2022. Now we again have to pay for COF because WBC’s did not do their paperwork right the first time but you had to pay R1700 for paperwork!!!!! A very unhappy customer for sure!!
