Bad service

We buy cars has purchased 2 cars from me, great service. I chatted to juandre from the Richardsbay region he advised that he is busy and can't do valuation for my car as he was busy when he valuated my friends car. I msgd him and despite asking him for a response to my request he ignored me. Great service we buy cars.
