BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a Opel at webuycars in JHB, All was very quick and easy. We live in Northern cape and had to register the car here and was told they would refund us, but it has been months of following up and receiving little to no feedback. I have also emailed and WhatsApp multiple times with no REFUND. the service in the refund department has made no effort to assist with this. the communication is also very bad, this is unacceptable. i paid for a service which i am not receiving. My experience at Webuycars was very bad:(
