Bad service

I’m really disappointed on we buy cars service. My matter is still unresolved. Iv been told they still escalating the matter.

I dont understand why they want to drag this matter when they have all the report about the car sold to me that it was written off and also not disclosing to me the car had a water engine damaged. When the sales person assured me the car is a very good condition.

I mean this is a third car I bought from them and all of them were faulty. Such a huge company but they are not professional only care about making money . They don’t care about providing a good customer service.

I can’t wait any longer I want my deal to be cancelled.
