Bad service

The tracker my chosen on my behalf the track stopped work from last year November 2021 til now June 2022 and I was not aware till my car was attempted to be ****** only when I called they advised that the device was not working they sent a technician which I had to pay for because they said the device is out of warranty but I’m confused because it’s a 3year contract now again I’m advised that the device has a fault and I need to pay for a technician to come and fix or change the device, I was to cancel and be refunded and I look for my own service provider and be refund the amount from November til now when the device was not working as well as the remaining for 2years and look for better service provider I am not happy at all
