Bad service

On the 29/11/2024 I went to We Buy Cars Midstream to go buy an NP200. R5000 deposit to reserve the bakkie was paid from my personal account. My sales person was Thabang Ndlovu. This amount is meant to be returned if you don’t buy the car. So now I’m struggling to get my money back, I’m told that I paid from the business account when they have proof it was from my personal account. I’ve called the salesman about my refund to no success. Even sent their customer service an email, still to no success!!!
