Bad service!

Arrived at Protea Glen Mall and we spot a We Buy Cars pop up store/station and decide to check it out as we are looking at possibly selling our car.

Walked in hoping to get assistance. The guy was busy assisting someone else outside, and thought I could ask if he could assist as he was inspecting one of the vehicles whilst my partner looked for parking. I couldn’t remember the correct term used for what I was there for, I asked my partner to remind me and he dismissed me and said “because you don’t know what you are talking about rather let me speak to your partner” it was how he said it and his approach to the situation. Undermining me of course cause I’m female and seemingly know nothing about cars never mind that the car is mine and yet he won’t even have the conversation with me.

My partner addressed him and asked him not to be rude but he insisted that he wasn’t rude and that clearly I didn’t know what I was talking about and so he would rather speak to him than me. His tone was out line and he just lacks peoples skills honestly. How does one even continue having the conversation? We decided to leave and he was unbothered by that too. Was not apologetic either.
