Bad service

I bought a bakkie from we buy cars which was listed as a class A vehicle. I drove the bakkie for a day and it started jerking. Took it to my mechanic and it was diagnosed that the engine needs to be redone as the head gasket is blown. I too it back to them as the car was advertised with no faults. I took it back to them on the 9/11/22 and was told that a customer service consultant will call me within 24hrs. It is now more then 92 hrs and they haven’t made any contact.

I have never experienced such bad service from a big company as theirs. Not doing any business with them again.
