BAD SERVICE!!

Extremely bad service, I bought a car from the Port Elizabeth branch and got absolute garbage service. Needed to follow up constantly by phoning, whatsapp and email and hardly got any response. The car was transported to the Midstream branch where I took delivery after I had to constantly follow up and fight again, I've followed up now again 3 times to find out how far my new number plates and license disc is, and guess what I get a response that the licensing department never received a request from the finance department to do the transfers ext, so I'm technically driving with an ******* car and my license disc has expired as well and in 2 days the grace period is over. DOG **** SERVICE!! I expect this to be resolved ASAP!!!!
