Bad service

I called to sell my vehicle. The representative came and said he can not make a final offer. He will be back the next day. After phoning him again he made 2 apointmemts that he did not attend. Is this now the service that you can expect, representative that dont pitch for apointmemt or can not even call te rescedule.
