Bad service

Yooo the service ar customer care , its the worse ever ,we bought a car in August 2022, September one month later , the car broke, had to go back and forth to a point where we said we don't want the car anymore, then said we take the car for fixing , the car went for fixing the whole of October then Came back 20 days later, the car now broke and this it was not moving , we had to call insurance to tow us, the guy at the customer care said we must take the car to the nearest Ford... till today the car is not fixed and they say they can't give us a new car... what kind of people are these, we buy cars dome _ they don't care about our safety on the road.as long as they make sales
