Bad service
Bad communication! I returned a car that had undeclared damages on the gearbox. The seller reads my messages but never responds, my calls are unanswered and cut,,, regret buying a car at Brackenfell webuycars!

06 Mar 2024, 10:55I am just coming back from the branch just now. Jonte, one of the managers told me yesterday that the car was taken to one of their specialists for a test and quotation. He made me believe that the car is not at Webuy cars Brackenfell and that they are on top of things, guess what, just as I am exiting the branch premises, the car was parked right at the gate….????!!! It never was taken anywhere on Monday, it spent the whole day yesterday parked. So I went back to the manager and he was startled that the car is still with them, he didn’t know the car was still there….how is that for professionalism and transparency??!!
