Bad service

We bought a car from we buy cars in Pretoria like other I was impressed about the service didn't last long!!! The car was not road worthy at all needed 2 tyres, airbag sensor just hanging at the back of headlights radiator was loose only one cable tie keeping it in place......manager wanted us to keep the car and he will pay to get it fixed but we cancelled the deal and they came to fetch the car but the bank already paid them out so they had to settle the amount at the bank but 2 months afterwards debietorder still went off afyer they send thru emails that said it was settle now Im blacklisted at the ban****! I bought a other car cash wanted to register on my name but this car from we buy cars still on my name have a outstanding amount due so I cant get my disc. Phoned manager a thousand times empty promises and then blocked me on whatsup dont answer the phone!!!! I have documents that was send to them via email about this deal I'm really fedup we buy cars gave me a bad reputation because they didnt do things the right way and now dont sort this!!!
