Bad Service

Need training in communication with clients. Done an application for a vehicle, was asked to bring in all documents but with arrival waiting on finance guy so that I can hand him the documents. But then he tells me sorry the vehicle was sold. A bunch of pathetic people, why ask me to bring in documentation just to inform me that the vehicle is sold, waste my petrol and freaking time.

Will not advice anyone to buy at their Polokwane Branch, not even to speak of the Head Office, I still waiting on them to get back to me since last week and this week. But what do you expect if Head Office can not get back to client so why should the branch worry.
