Bad experince ever !!!

I had problem with the car that i have purchsed from this company , the Sales person who assisted with the whole process is no longer working for the company where i could previosly speak to him and get help. This time around i went to made contact with call centre where i was advised to get a dealer to call on my behalf to get a quaote , which i did the dealer came back to inform me that the aftersale plan is no longer exist, i was asked if i have an innovation plan , she came back to indicate that the plan does not cover what i needd . I called the customer servive and spoke to Matshepo from JHB Branch and she indicated that i have a 24 months warrant and i have explained the situation and requested her to provide me with direct contact details of Richmond in Western Cape and she said she can log the request / tranfer me she does not have the direct number as she provided me an email, and tranfer me to a branckenfel branch i spoke to Ashley who was not willing to assist at all I also requested the Richmond line and he said he said there is no number to call and he is only for Brackenfel not Richmond and I rested to cancel this policy and he siad he does not know my sales person and i told him that he is no longer there and he siad it wont be possible to cancel the policy. I also send an email to the lady who was assisting with paperwork and i am not getting any response . I regret purchasing a vehicle at we buy cars !!! I will never ever again...
