Bad experience, warning to others

<p>I recently sold my car using webuycars this week. The process of arranging the deal was pleasant without hitches. However, when it came to dealing with payments and money, I saw the ugly side of this company. I am unsure whether this is a direct reflection of the company values, or only the poor attitude of the specific salesperson I dealt with.</p> <p>Lumart Kriek was the person who facillitated my deal. He was rude, impatient and completely dismissive of my concerns relating to a short payment of funds. He treated me like a ***** on the phone and refused to patiently and professionally explain their terms to me. </p> <p>I do recommend using this company, however, I warn against using the specific dealer, Lumart Kriek. He is bad news ! Beware.</p>
