Bad experience at We buy cars

Worst experience ever, bought a car at Silverlakes. Dekra Platinum only to find got R57k mechanical problems. Took out a mechanical warranty but will not cover. After phoning several times and had to wait I got feedback Bring the car for full refund. So I took it to Germiston branch which is closer to home. Took 10 min to hand back, only to be told got to wait 48 to 72 hrs for a refund. The cheek, so I have NO vehicle and you must wait. Not to mention all the inconvenience caused. Rather buy from Kia or Audi direct, the Dekra report at We buy cars means nothing.
