Bad experience

I recently traded in my vehicle at we sell cars and purchased a vehicle from them. Firstly the salesman **** to us regarding full service history on the vehicle. There was no service history. And the vehicle was not serviced recently like i was told. Also the rear brAke shoes was so extremely worn the metal of the pads had holes in! We where told the vehicle was mechanically set it just needs body work. There is also a ****Aged flywheel and gearbox on the car. The salesman told us to get a quote for for the brakes and service. We struggled for two weeks to get a order from them. Eventually that was sorted. I still have a flywheel and gearbox problem im going to try claim on the extended warranty they sold me. Now i was told they will refund me for the nr plates, roadworthy and licence disc. I have submitted it to the f&i that helped me and she gave it to the salesman. He comfirmed he submitted it for payment , but the money is still not showing in my account. Why is everything a struggle with this deal?? This is my second car ive bought with we sell cars, mainly because the first car and deal was truly a breeze with no issues.
