Bad experience

I bought 4 vehicles , i tested drove 1 and the sales lady which assisted me told me all four are all in running conditions and the non-runner are placed in a different section. She asked me to test drive and i told her that i always buy cars at we sell cars and never experienced any problems before. I understand the terms and condition signed but i believe this deal was done in a bad faith because she said the cars are ruining perfectly only to find out today at your premises that one of the vehicles is not running whereas i bought cars from the running sections.

I feel that this is not fair on me because I am a regular customer and always refer you to my business associates. I do not want a cash refund but all i am asking for is another car to the same value. If needs be i will top up for any inconveniences caused.
