Bad experience

I bought a car from webuycars Richmond one month ago today it was a category A car with a Dekra gold. I went on a test drive just around the webuycars office and the salesman said to me nothing to fix or worry about just the battery is flat as soon as I made my way back to the eastern cape the started not getting into gear or skiping gears when drive I informed the salesman he said do whatever it takes to get save home and we will refund you I spend a lot off money just to get the car home then I spoke to his manager on he's account he ask me to take the car to RMI workshop I paid for the tow service he said I wil get refunded I put in a new battery I bought expensive DSG gear oil and paid for diagnostic on he's request I send the findings that the megatronic was the fault and it needs to be replaced one week later the came and fatch the car 5 days later the amount of the car was paid into my account now it's been 2 full weeks since did not received a cent back off all the money I spen witch they ask me to and promise a refund how is it fair that they just don't care about what I spend but they requested that I get the car checked out I send all the invoices and proof of payment still today no refund
