Bad dishonest business practices.

*** WeBuyCars*** Good day everybody. It seems that WeBuyCars have quite a bad track record when it came to bad business practices such as bad deals and empty promises. Just a few weeks ago I posted an article in Legal Talk South Africa about a bad deal on a Yamaha MT07 Tracer motorcycle which was sold to me as a 2021 model, but when I took it to Yamaha for a service, I was notified that according to the VIN number it was in fact a 2016 model. Thus making it actually a *****ulent deal. Yes, I used the Yamaha for a few months commuting under the impression that it was a 2021 model... I tried to get hold of any WeBuyCars representative to no avail as all my calls and email were simply ignored for more than a month. Only after posting that Facebook post, WeBuyCars came back to me promising to fix things. I was informed to give the Yamaha back to them and they would then immediately cancell and work back the deal and I can buy some other bike on their floor. So I stumbled upon a 2020 BMW F900XR, which is in fact a 2020 model, as was advertised "with a spare key"... Which they never gave me..."they can't seem to find it" I was told... That is not my problem at all, I do not accept lame excuses.

But as WeBuyCars promised that they would cancel the deal completely on the Yamaha with immediate effect. That never seems to have happened. WeBuyCars said they will wave the 15000km I put onto the bike as a good will gesture.

Now nobody from WeBuyCars even bothers to answer my phone calls, email or whatsapp messages.

What am I to do?

I am at this point in time fed up with their lame excuses and want to take it up further and public.

Who do I speak to?
