There agreement to reserve a vechicle pay a deposit which is refunded in 24hours they stall refund by then asking banking details and identification a 72 hours later. They can see who owns the bank account yet drag out payment even with all documents. They will request pdf format. Then that is in order 4 days later they will ask a screen shot of your we buy cars account. Remember first page does not allow screen shot one has to go into profile for screen shot. All commmunication is not initiated by we buy cars you the custormer must engage. They keep your funds and build interest on there business account not returning there custormers refund on time. I still have not received my refund after a week and no communication from we buy car.
