Bad customer service
I enquired about a trailer and did the finance application on Tuesday, 30 May 2023.
The trailer has since been sold.
I had to follow up the whole time with the sales agent, the F&I dept for feedback.
Buying a car is easy you say? Well definitely not through your Dome branch.
