Bad Customer Service!!!

Their service is great until you start experiencing problems then they ignore you like you never gave them Business, I bought a car on the 4th of January this year from their branch in Johannesburg South and this car has been giving me problems until recently when the engine died on me. I reported the first problem to the salesman who sold the car to me Nkateko Chabalala and all he did was refer me to their website to draft a complaint report which took about 7 days for their call center to reply, two weeks back the car engine died on me I sent them an email including the sales man and to date there is no response, not sure if they are waiting for the warranty to run out. Their service is the worst!!!
