Bad customer service

Very disappointed in your customer service and sales persons. On 29th October 2022 we went Brackenfell WeBuyCars branch we know what we wanted to buy because we searched car online already but, was standing waiting by the car for 40min there is nobody on the floor to assist or help us and those sales persons I ask to assist or just open the car for us just disappeared. We arrived there just after 12oclock and left 1 o'clock very disappointed in your service. I'll rather take my son to a place where genuine customer service delivers.
