Bad customer service at WeBuyCars

I recently purchased a vehicle at WBC at Brackenfell branch of which was a cash deal. The purchasing process went smoothly and I was very happy, until I took the car to have new tyres fitted for roadworthy. The Locknut key was No where to be found in vehicle. I contacted WBC and I was told by the salesman because its a cash deal they not assisting me in anyway and all cost to have the 4 wheel locknuts removed would be at my own cost. Customer service at WBC does not exist. So for future buyers please check if the vehicle has locknuts on all 4 wheels and check if the key is in vehicle or suffer the inconvenience of additional cost to have the removed or even worse when having a flat wheel on the road and not be able to remove the wheel due to the locknut key
